District Manager (Lima, LIM, PE)

Monitor retail store performance across assigned Lima district and stores, supporting store managers with operational and administrative execution. Drive shrink and inventory management, loss prevention, and ensure store appearance aligns with regional guidelines. Act as a liaison between stores and store operations/merchandising, review weekly store reports, coordinate materials, and support staffing. Lead and motivate retail employees and store managers while tracking KPIs such as net sales and operational markdowns.
