•Develop detailed scope from design-build documents or plans/specs for competitive bidding through contracting channels.
•Create detailed cost estimates with system sketches, scope definition, exceptions/exclusions, preliminary proposals, and vendor/sub-contractor quotes.

Key Requirements

•Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, with 3–5 years estimating/engineering/construction management experience, or 5–7 years in controls field experience, or an equivalent combination.
•Proven experience with Building Automation, HVAC Controls, and HVAC Systems.
•Working knowledge of construction facets including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
•Strong financial and business acumen with a history of running projects on time and on budget.
•Ability to prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines with strong attention to detail.
