Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
  • •Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips; forecast and update key milestones.
  • •Ensure effective project governance, processes, systems, and best-practice application across projects.
  • •Produce formal project status reports and other required reporting; independently review status reports, drawing submittals, timelines, and costs.
  • •Manage interfaces between suppliers and local design teams via monthly trackers and weekly reviews; support owners, contractors, and stakeholders with RFIs and technical guidance, including cost control and constructability where required.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or an applicable bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum 15 years of project management experience, preferably in Nuclear, Energy, Chemical, Data Center, or other highly-regulated industrial facilities.
  • •PMP certification required.
  • •Proven experience owning full project lifecycle delivery with assigned budgets, including cost control and financial/commercial acumen.
  • •Demonstrated ability to operate independently with minimal oversight.
