Team Lead, Sales Part Time

Lead the sales floor as a Team Lead, delivering outstanding customer experiences using the C.H.A.R.M service model. Support store operations across departments, including POS system management, merchandising, visual presentation, and stockroom processes. Work closely with Store Management to meet personal and team sales goals, manage day-to-day activities through task delegation and follow-up, and serve as a brand ambassador while upholding Crocs policies and asset protection procedures.
