Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive strategic direction and account positioning for the DOD Army team, including strategic plan development and competitor/SB analysis.
  • •Develop account plans, opportunity targets, and pipelines; flow down goals to engagement teams and coordinate with regional business line leaders.
  • •Manage pursuit support and capture plans, including weekly Salesforce pipeline reviews and teaming/negotiation support.
  • •Monitor monthly account performance and bookings vs. projections; produce situational reports when projections are misaligned.
  • •Lead/manage key client relationships, oversee cross-sell and corrective actions, review CPAR reports, and participate in compliance activities (including FAR compliance).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering or other related disciplines aligned with AECOM’s Business Lines.
  • •15+ years of experience working with US Federal government agencies on Architect-Engineering programs, including 6+ years in a leadership role.
  • •Due to the nature of the role, US citizenship is required.
  • •In-depth knowledge of consultative selling approaches; strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • •Expertise in project management for complex, multi-country, multi-business unit deals, with CRM (Salesforce) experience a plus.
