  • •Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, career management, and succession planning.
  • •Coach and mentor the team; lead to meet expectations for productivity, chargeability, quality, continuous improvement, and objectives.
  • •Support the IVVQ Manager/HOD by establishing and evolving processes, procedures, and tooling; drive lessons learned, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •An engineering degree, or equivalent technical diploma/certification or related work experience.
  • •6+ years of IVVQ experience within the last 10 years.
  • •2+ years managing an IVVQ team, project, or product within the last 10 years.
  • •Expertise in at least one IVVQ tool and at least one IVVQ standard, plus Requirements Management or sell-off.
  • •Strong English written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills for collaborative team leadership.
