Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Securities Services client management across the GCC and Egypt, supporting FAB’s Asia expansion and building a market-leading engagement model.
  • •Own P&L for the existing client portfolio, driving revenue growth, wallet penetration, client retention, and delivery against commercial objectives.
  • •Set operating rhythm and performance standards for the Service Director team to ensure high-quality, commercially aware client coverage and execution.
  • •Drive integrated Securities Services execution including service delivery, RFP management, transitions, and clear ownership of client priorities and service commitments.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional delivery with Product, Sales, Operations, Legal, and Compliance; act as senior escalation point for material client matters.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
  • •15+ years of senior experience in client/relationship management and commercial leadership within financial services, preferably in custody, clearing, fund administration, middle office, or securities finance.
  • •Deep understanding of Securities Services products, operating models, and client requirements across Direct Custody & Clearing, Global Custody, Fund Administration, Performance & Risk Measurement, Middle Office Outsourcing, and Securities Finance.
  • •Proven track record managing senior institutional client relationships and delivering strategic account plans that grow revenue, wallet share, and retention.
  • •Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into disciplined plans and coordinated delivery across complex stakeholder groups.
