Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor, maintain, and report contractor safety and compliance requirements.
  • •Coordinate compliance requirements to the Project Health and Safety Management Plan (PHSP) and Project HSE Management Programme.
  • •Advise project management and supervisory staff on accident prevention and improvements to work methods.
  • •Monitor staff compliance with health and safety laws and assess equipment/machinery for safe working order.
  • •Investigate on-site accidents and develop plans to improve workplace health and safety.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience; 3 years relevant working experience; 2 years GCC experience is a plus.
  • •Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards to ensure workplace compliance.
  • •Ability to conduct risk assessments, identify hazards, implement controls, and prevent workplace incidents.
  • •Experience investigating accidents/incidents, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
  • •ERP knowledge with preferred SAP functional skills; plus a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
