Snr Financial Services Officer

Process and review customer/payment-related transactions by checking, approving, rejecting, and handling requests/queries according to procedures, approval and lending limits. Maintain up-to-date procedures and product knowledge to work independently, complete quality checks, and ensure productivity/quality targets. Monitor fraud/errors/irregular transactions and escalate as appropriate, delivering accurate outcomes within agreed SLAs while supporting operational risk, compliance, and internal control standards.
