Job Summary

Build and productionize machine learning systems to automate logistics and corporate procurement workflows, including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and logistics routing. Develop agentic GenAI assistants for supplier and vendor management, integrate LLMs via RAG pipelines into enterprise platforms (Oracle Cloud, SAP, AWS/Azure), and deploy autonomous workflow automation. Own monitoring, guardrails, and responsible AI compliance across model performance, safety, privacy, and third-party risk.

Job Function: Supply Chain & Logistics

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and productionize machine learning algorithms for demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and logistics routing.
•Design GenAI assistants and agents to automate supplier evaluation, negotiation, contract review, and vendor management.
•Deploy agentic AI for autonomous decision-making, including shipment rerouting during disruptions and ERP updates without human intervention.
•Create RAG pipelines and integrate AI models into enterprise systems so recommendations drive business execution.
•Establish performance metrics and guardrails to keep models accurate, cost-effective, and aligned with enterprise safety standards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Operations Research, or a related technical field.
•7+ years of strong programming in Python or Java.
•Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, and LlamaIndex.
•5+ years with modern data and ML platforms such as Databricks, Oracle Cloud SCM, AWS, or Azure.
•3 to 5 years of supply chain domain knowledge across Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and warehouse/inventory logistics.
