Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily operations across multiple locations and ensure consistent adherence to SOPs, standards, and service procedures.
  • •Monitor store performance using KPIs and implement corrective action plans for underperforming branches.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and operational teams, including manpower planning, scheduling, productivity, and staff deployment.
  • •Maintain coffee and product quality by enforcing recipes, brewing standards, presentation/service expectations, and coordinating with internal teams for availability and consistency.
  • •Control costs and inventory (wastage, stock variances, losses, ordering/receiving/storage/rotation) and ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health & safety, and municipality/company requirements via audits and inspections.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, F&B Management, or a related field.
  • •7–10+ years of experience in F&B operations, preferably within specialty coffee, cafés, restaurants, or multi-unit operations.
  • •Experience managing multiple branches/outlets is highly preferred.
  • •Strong understanding of P&L management, sales, labor cost, food cost, inventory, and operational KPIs.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and F&B POS/ERP systems, with strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
