Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support on projects by analysing data and translating business/work processes into workplace models and spatial requirements.
  • •Manage workplace innovation projects to meet fee objectives, organise resources, and be responsible for invoicing.
  • •Communicate project progress to clients through regular updates and presentations.
  • •Meet with clients to develop options, finalise project concepts and prepare final documents for approval.
  • •Support development of workplace improvement proposals and bid proposals, in collaboration with the Advisory team.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years working experience in either workplace strategy or design/interior design/ corporate real estate occupier consulting/ Business Analysis.
  • •Degree qualified preferable but not mandatory
  • •One or more of: PRINCE 2, MSP, MRICS, APMPQ, Better Business Cases, other professional qualifications (desirable), PROSCI certified practitioner
  • •Experience of project managing workplace consulting and real estate consulting projects.
  • •Experience using technology and workplace/real estate data.
