Operations Manager-Bloomingdale's 59th Street

Lead operational excellence within the store to ensure procedures are commercially managed and drive an efficient, high-quality customer experience. Support the General Manager in running the store front and back of house, optimize sales floor efficiency, manage stockroom operations, and oversee asset and profit protection. Ensure health and safety compliance, maintain store facilities and housekeeping, drive digital initiatives, and recruit, onboard, and develop the store operations team.
