Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and support multiple engagement teams to complete divestiture solutions, including evaluating carve-out readiness, 100-day planning and operational transition, and separation of the business for financial sponsors and corporate clients
  • •Support SEC regulatory filings for carve-outs and facilitate the preparation of carve-out financials
  • •Identify market trends to proactively advise clients and colleagues as a trusted expert
  • •Assist audit teams in evaluating accounting policies related to new or complex accounting matters
  • •Train and supervise less experienced colleagues, providing regular feedback

Salary: USD 263,300 - 438,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, finance, mathematics, or related disciplines; a master’s degree is a plus
  • •Minimum of twelve years of experience providing financial statement audits, accounting advisory, or similar transaction advisory consulting services with deep experience in the asset management industry
  • •An active CPA license (required)
  • •Analytical, technical skills, including proficiency in US GAAP, SEC reporting rules and standards; accounting, transaction or mergers and acquisition services
  • •Travel up to 80% on short notice
