Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with clients and stakeholders and manage pre- and post-contract duties across the construction lifecycle.
  • •Prepare cost estimates, support procurement and tendering, and handle contract administration including variations and final account.
  • •Estimate and produce/present the final cost plan, and compile contractual documents from tender outputs.
  • •Perform timely cost checks and valuations and produce monthly post-contract cost reports for the client.
  • •Conduct cost risk analysis, support value engineering, negotiate/approve final accounts, and participate in change control processes.
