•Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing analytics team, fostering a collaborative culture and serving as the escalation point for complex analysis and stakeholder engagement.
•Drive end-to-end analytical strategy and delivery across the customer journey, providing actionable performance insights to business leaders and advise on what actions impact KPIs.
•Own standardized regional and global reporting frameworks, improving automation, scalability, and speed-to-insight while reducing manual effort.
•Partners with global and regional stakeholders to enable modern analytics solutions, including AI, automation, and advanced BI capabilities.
•Manage the regional Power BI environment, including governance, access, refreshes, and alignment with global configurations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 83,700 - 122,500 annually
