Job Summary

Drive planning, implementation, and verification of DFx features for multiple SoCs, working across DFT architecture, Spyglass-based DFT work, RTL implementation, scan, ATPG, and related verification activities. Execute DFT for features such as Scan, MBIST, and TAP, and support at least one end-to-end full SoC engagement as a DFT engineer. Partner with manufacturing engineering on pattern delivery and post-silicon support.

Job Function: QA, Test & Release Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Plan, implement, and verify DFx features for multiple SoCs.
•Work across IP and SoC DFT including DFT architecture, Spyglass DFT, RTL implementation, scan, and ATPG.
•Drive DFT implementation for features such as Scan, MBIST, and TAP.
•Perform DFT verification activities as part of the DFT lifecycle.
•Contribute to pattern delivery and post-silicon support in collaboration with manufacturing engineering.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science (or related) plus 7+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s plus 5+ years.
•Extensive experience planning, implementing, and verifying DFx features for multiple SoCs.
•Experience working on IP and SoC DFT, including DFT architecture, Spyglass DFT, RTL implementation, verification, scan, and ATPG.
•Ability to drive DFT implementation for features including Scan, MBIST, and TAP.
•Experience executing at least one full SoC end to end as a DFT engineer; manufacturing engineering pattern delivery and post-silicon support experience is a plus.
