Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients, facilitating courteous conversation, and completing complex and standardized transactions as needed.
  • •Educate clients on digital, self-service banking solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
  • •Support the team sales process through outbound calls, identifying client needs or opportunities, and referring clients to appropriate branch team members or specialists.
  • •Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions tailored to client needs.
  • •Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies while staying current on policy/procedure changes.

Key Requirements
