Recommender System Engineer, AI-Driven (PICO-Lab) - San Jose

Build and productionize recommendation models for next-gen XR products, including collaborative filtering, content-based, hybrid, and deep learning approaches. Design low-latency, high-scale ranking and retrieval pipelines, and partner cross-functionally to define personalization strategy. Run offline/online A/B experiments and iterate using CTR, retention, and revenue lift. Improve feature stores, data pipelines, and model monitoring, contributing to MLOps with CI/CD, model versioning, and observability.
