Own and improve end-to-end recruiting operations by evaluating, implementing, and maintaining the recruiting tech stack and automated workflows. Key Responsibilities

•Evaluate, implement, and own the end-to-end recruiting tech stack, integrating tool features and reviewing usage quarterly to drive recruiter behavior.
•Lead cross-functional initiatives to scale recruiting processes in partnership with People, Engineering, and the business.
•Develop and own automated reporting for recruiters and senior leadership, working independently and with the internal BI team.
•Analyze recruiting data and translate insights (pipeline health, pass-through rates, candidate experience signals) into actionable recommendations.
•Implement Workday position management for headcount planning and maintain training programs and documentation for recruiting processes and onboarding.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 144,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Deep admin-level expertise with recruiting systems including Greenhouse, Gem, Workday, and Textio, plus experience with Ashby (or Ashby reporting) and AI tools like Juicebox and Metaview.
•Hands-on experience leading or supporting HRIS and ATS integrations; comfortable working with APIs and building automations to close process gaps.
•Strong background in people analytics or recruiting data management, including data visualization and storytelling; basic SQL knowledge.
•Executive presence to present ideas, recommendations, and results to managers and department leaders.
•4+ years in a senior recruiting operations or people operations role.
