Key Responsibilities

  • •Detail vehicles by performing tasks such as washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing.
  • •Move vehicles from one department to the next within Carvana’s Inspection Centers (Lot Attendant).
  • •Take photos of vehicles so customers can view them in Carvana’s spinners (Photobooth Associate).
  • •Inspect vehicles’ interior and exterior to accurately identify imperfections/defects (Inspection Associate).
  • •Follow the production schedule and be willing to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
  • •Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license; some positions may require an MVR check.
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment and be exposed to heat/cold weather conditions at times.
  • •Ability to use safety equipment such as face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective gear.
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
