Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver specialized NPI technical training in-house and at customer locations, including domestic/international travel and off-shift/weekend scheduling as assigned.
  • •Manage classroom and lab activities to ensure course objectives and safety procedures are met.
  • •Learn and maintain comprehensive technical knowledge of new and improved products, including course preparation and updating existing training materials.
  • •Establish and manage certifications on multiple platforms/processes, complete safety modules, and disseminate new information to staff.
  • •Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting to support system functionality for training objectives; mentor other instructors and manage multiple projects across diverse scopes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 84,000 - 115,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, education, or training, or equivalent military experience, plus 4 years of professional semiconductor equipment experience in installation/programming, safety, maintenance, operation, troubleshooting, and repair.
  • •Experience delivering external customer training via formal or informal instruction/presentation (2 years desirable).
  • •Preferred: nationally recognized certification in Instructional Design, or 2 years of experience in curriculum development/instructional design; FKA instructional designing certification is a plus.
  • •High level of semiconductor equipment skills including operations, preventive/corrective maintenance, alignments, calibrations, and system-level troubleshooting for analog/digital electronics.
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently and manage training delivery and technical information.
