Key Responsibilities

•Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards.
•Ensure the Store consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through effective short- and long-term planning, expense control, and service.
•Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with recruitment, training, development and succession of high performing employees.
•Control payroll and schedule staff to maintain profitability while delivering top customer service.
•Communicate merchandise opportunities to Store/Assistant Store Manager and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 21 - 24 hourly

•1–2 years of experience in a focused, customer service-oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear)
•Proven ability to exceed sales goals and communicate effectively with large groups

•Willingness to work non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings and holidays
