Job Summary

Provide second-line managed services for clients by proactively monitoring queues, triaging incidents and requests, and resolving issues within SLA. Apply technical and process knowledge across multiple domains (such as cloud, security, networking, applications, and collaboration) to identify root causes, update tickets, and support escalation paths. Execute changes safely, follow shift handovers, assist with security triage, and contribute to automation, problem identification, and disaster recovery testing.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively monitor work queues and resolve incidents/requests in a timely manner within agreed SLA.
•Identify, investigate, analyze, and log incidents/problems; capture required information for immediate resolution.
•Provide second-level support and determine root cause of incidents and problems; escalate to CoE and other teams when needed.
•Execute and manage changes with risk identification and mitigation planning; follow change approvals and change record updates.
•Support automation and contribute to problem identification, trend analysis, and disaster recovery functions/testing as required.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience).
•Certifications relevant to the managed services provided (CCNP equivalent; CCNA/CCNP Security or PCNSE are good to have; Azure, AWS, Veeam, VMware and others listed).
•Moderate years of relevant managed services experience handling cross-technology infrastructure.
•Moderate working knowledge of ITIL processes.
•Moderate knowledge in ticketing tools preferably ServiceNow, and experience working with vendors/3rd parties.
