Area Customer Experience Specialist

Provide best-in-class customer experiences across multiple branches within your region, serving walk-in customers as a financial concierge. You’ll process customer transactions with strong cash controls, resolve issues, and educate customers on deposits, loans, and account/service maintenance. The role includes traveling between local branches as needed, supporting colleagues with consistent service, and recommending appropriate banking products based on customers’ goals and needs.
