Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end delivery of Core Banking transformation programs, including planning, governance, dependency management, and management-level reporting.
  • •Coordinate business, technology, data, operations, test, and migration workstreams to ensure successful implementation.
  • •Steer risks, challenges, budget aspects, and key decisions in complex multi-vendor/multi-team environments.
  • •Ensure program mobilization, implementation readiness, cutover planning, and stakeholder alignment across key milestones.
  • •Support senior stakeholders with decision-making, program steering, and value realization throughout the project lifecycle.

Salary: EUR 3,800 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Long-standing experience in project/program management within bank transformation environments with a strong focus on Core Banking.
  • •Proven track record collaborating with international, cross-functional teams in a global environment.
  • •Experience managing senior stakeholders up to C-level or Managing-Director level.
  • •Experience in management consulting, consulting, or business development.
  • •In-depth understanding of Core Banking processes and transformation challenges, including product migration and legacy system replacement.
