Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with Product, Design, Frontend, Infrastructure, and Mobile engineers to take features from discovery to rollout.
  • •Own features from technical design through implementation, testing, and rollout, including observability.
  • •Design, build, and maintain efficient, scalable, and reliable Ruby/Elixir services.
  • •Work with a polyglot stack (Ruby, Elixir, GraphQL, TypeScript, gRPC) and Kafka-based event-driven systems.
  • •Operate in a Kubernetes-driven environment as the platform continues transitioning to microservices.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in product engineering, developer tools, or infrastructure at scale.
  • •Deep experience building and integrating AI agents into workflows while adhering to architecture and security standards.
  • •Experience building and maintaining globally distributed systems.
  • •Knowledge of event-driven architectures, including Kafka.
  • •Familiarity with Elixir, Ruby, or TypeScript (plus).
