R2R Tower lead

Lead and oversee end-to-end Record-to-Report (RTR) supporting functions across multiple countries and business units. Own accounting operations, reconciliations, statutory reporting, financial controls, and month/quarter/year-end close, while driving KPI and SLA performance. Identify risks and escalations, deliver process transformation through automation and continuous improvement, and provide IFRS guidance. Manage, coach, and develop the RTR team and ensure compliance with IFRS, tax, and internal control requirements.
