Lead Smithfield’s supply chain operations by managing transportation, internal and external warehouse activities, inventory deployment, and customer delivery. Oversee a portfolio of ~40 facilities and a private fleet of ~100 drivers, ensuring on-time movement of finished goods. Drive strategic vision across logistics, distribution, and inventory control; optimize processes for productivity and accuracy; standardize operations across locations; and partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to improve network performance and cost-to-serve.
