Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and oversee financial and operational aspects of finance and accounting, including budgeting, forecasts, monthly close, headcount reporting, and P&L/balance sheet analysis.
  • •Summarize and update RVP and stakeholders on financial results, identifying major drivers, tracking KPIs, and providing insights for the market.
  • •Partner with local station GM and department heads to guide decision-making.
  • •Manage revenue process with the sales team, including pacing, rate/volume, and programming analytics, and provide ad-hoc sales reporting as needed.
  • •Direct, mentor, and develop a Sr. Financial Analyst, supervise capital investment strategy, support audits, and complete expense reporting, analysis, and special projects.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
  • •8+ years of finance, public accounting, or operations experience.
