Job Summary

Be accountable for warehouse inventory and end-user support by managing stock locations, completing cycle counts/stock takes, and ensuring yard binning is accurate for ground engagement tools and bulk items. Store and handle stock according to specifications, maintain safe and clean conditions, and record bin maintenance updates using appropriate control documents. You’ll also control and secure inventory and operate relevant warehouse equipment while adhering to health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure accountability for items under your responsibility and maintain high standards of housekeeping and safety.
•Participate in the cycle count/stock take process.
•Update bin locations for new stock codes in the system and accurately bin GET and bulk items in the yard.
•Prepare stock items requested for end-users according to procedure, ensuring best storage and handling.
•Control and secure inventory and warehouse equipment, maintaining safe and clean environments and recording bin maintenance updates.

Key Requirements

•At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
•Proficiency in Pronto and good computer skills.
•Understanding of warehousing and inventory management.
•Knowledge of basic health and safety.
•Ability to operate Diesel or Electric forklift equipment.
