  • •Own end-to-end order management and fulfillment for an assigned portfolio of accounts.
  • •Ensure orders are compliant with Samsung policies, programs, and master purchase agreements, and manage order flow through billing.
  • •Resolve order-related issues and escalations (systems, processes, policy, projects) and keep leadership informed on daily operations.
  • •Manage Order Management staff (indirect and/or FTE employees) and drive KPIs/SLAs.
  • •Lead order-related integrations and testing for EDI, SPACE, and other interfaces; coordinate improvements with internal teams and customers.

Key Requirements
