Hospital Case Manager (Mediclinic Bloemfontein, Westdene, Bloemfontein, ZA, Cnr Kellne)

Coordinate the hospital case management process and ensure timely, accurate clinical communication between stakeholders. Manage patient stays to minimise financial risk, ensure compliance with case management procedures, contracts, and legal requirements, and finalise cases correctly to support reimbursements from funders. Communicate consistently with funders through case management channels and adhere to Level 3 clinical coding guidelines. Lead and manage the Case Management team if applicable.
