Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain long-term asset health and reliability strategies for critical manufacturing equipment, using CMMS and OEE/downtime data to target chronic failures and bottlenecks.
  • •Design, implement, and continuously improve Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) programs, transitioning sites from reactive to predictive/preventive maintenance.
  • •Lead cross-site defect elimination by sharing reliability knowledge and replicating corrective actions, engineering improvements, and maintenance best practices across facilities.
  • •Support capital project reliability by reviewing designs/specifications for maintainability and reliability, and participating in FAT/SAT, commissioning, and startup to establish maintenance plans and spare parts strategies.
  • •Perform proactive risk assessment and failure prevention (FMEA) and major loss investigations (RCFA), implementing permanent corrective actions and improving maintenance standardization and uptime.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial, manufacturing engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in high-speed automated packaging, bottling, beverage manufacturing, or CPG manufacturing environments.
  • •Demonstrated experience performing Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and reliability improvement projects.
  • •Working knowledge of Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and asset management principles.
  • •Experience using CMMS systems and downtime/asset-performance metrics, plus strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
