Key Responsibilities

•Architect the AI-First Stack: Own the marketing tech stack from end-to-end. Design and deploy AI-powered workflows (using tools like Claude, Zapier, Clay, etc.) to automate high-frequency tasks and evangelize AI adoption across the team.
•Scale Lifecycle Marketing: Build automation systems to engage millions of developers based on product triggers and adoption, ensuring timely and helpful communications.
•Own Outbound Infrastructure: Build and optimize systems for sophisticated outbound reach, ensuring high deliverability and seamless CRM integration.
•Master Attribution & Analytics: Build models to show where to invest and why; drive visibility into program performance, ROI, and data analytics for leadership.
•Drive the Rhythm of Business: Lead the marketing team's operational drumbeat; support Finance and Ops on business reviews, board updates, and cross-functional syncs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 220,000 annually
