Key Responsibilities

•Own and manage provider relationships; serve as the primary point of contact for provider primary care partners and drive adoption of Counterpart Assistant (CA).
•Support provider recruitment activities as Product SME by partnering with the CA GTM team to onboard and train practices, developing in-office workflows with clinical and non-clinical staff.
•Optimize provider success and retention by implementing and overseeing a structured engagement plan to maximize platform use and value-based care outcomes.
•Lead data-driven decision-making by analyzing provider performance metrics, identifying trends and risks, and driving interventions to improve outcomes and utilization.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, product, operations) to refine Counterpart Health’s offerings based on provider feedback and market trends.

Travel: High travel

Salary: USD 107,700 - 1,400,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5-7+ years of experience in provider engagement, healthcare account management, or value-based care consulting, with a strong track record of success and provider adoption and retention.
•Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with clinicians and staff to drive operational change, and to translate operational data into actionable performance metrics and scorecards for primary care physicians.
•Deep understanding of primary care and/or ambulatory care workflows and proven success implementing, improving or changing clinical process workflow.
•Knowledge of EHRs, ideally in a Primary Care setting, medical billing, reimbursement models, Medicare Advantage, and risk-based payment arrangements.
•Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing initiatives and drive measurable outcomes; willingness to travel up to 75%.
