Liaise with customers, insurers, suppliers, and colleagues, analyze policies to determine coverage, and manage efficient claims processing. Keep policyholders informed through well-crafted correspondence, set up new claims, arrange contractors and updates, and issue payments and settlements while meeting contractual and regulatory requirements.
