Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate and maintain machines that extrude or draw out thermoplastic materials, including set-up and operation per procedures and customer requirements.
  • •Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and production safety/quality requirements.
  • •Monitor machinery constantly for jams and possible mechanical failure; troubleshoot process equipment.
  • •Perform machine start-up, set-up, shutdown, and a wide variety of adjustments and line changes requiring precision and judgment.
  • •Complete production safety/quality paperwork, inspect products, notify supervisors of quality issues, communicate equipment issues to Maintenance, and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Salary: USD 18.21 - 19.39 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • •Minimum of two years of experience in liners.
  • •Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • •Ability to read and write legibly in English to complete required forms and verify quality products.
  • •Ability to safely operate an extruder and perform screen changes, follow safety/SHE standards, and meet physical/PPE and lifting requirements.
