Job Summary

Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated and manual test cases in an Agile/Scrum environment to ensure product quality for Personal Lines pricing workflows. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and testers to translate user stories and acceptance criteria into test scenarios, perform functional/integration/regression and backend data validation, document defects, and support resolution. Contribute to continuous improvement of test automation coverage and processes using CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.

•Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and fellow testers to define test scenarios and validate functionality against user stories and acceptance criteria.
•Perform functional, integration, regression, backend data validation, and performance testing to ensure quality and stability.
•Create and maintain automated test scripts, analyze test results, and document defects while supporting defect resolution with development teams.
•Participate in Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance testing processes and automation coverage.

•Four or more years of analysis and technology experience and strong knowledge of software testing principles and Agile/Scrum frameworks.
•Experience developing and maintaining automated test scripts using tools such as Ruby and/or Tosca.
•Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Spira) and understanding of API, UI, integration, and backend data testing.
•Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing best practices, with experience using Test-Driven Development (TDD) being desirable.
•Preferred experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter and Personal Lines insurance product workflows, plus strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
