Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with operational teams and General Managers by providing financial analyses and recommendations to enable decision-making and value creation.
  • •Supervise financial planning processes including budgets, forecasts, mid-term plans, and performance analyses.
  • •Conduct complex economic and financial analyses for mining operations, infrastructure, logistics, and investment projects to optimize profitability and resource allocation.
  • •Identify financial risks and opportunities, challenge operational assumptions, and recommend actions to improve performance and financial discipline.
  • •Prepare and present high-level decision materials for leadership, shareholders, and key stakeholders; improve finance processes and systems using SAP, Power BI, Tagetik, and analytics tools while mentoring the local finance team.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • •Recognized professional qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) desired.
  • •Significant experience in a Finance Business Partner, Finance Manager, or similar role.
  • •Experience with financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic decision support.
  • •Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills using advanced tools like Excel, SAP, Power BI, and Tagetik.
