  • •Support supervisors with workflow coordination, assignment management, and quality monitoring.
  • •Review completed work from junior staff for accuracy and compliance and provide feedback.
  • •Train staff on program policies, procedures, systems, and regulatory requirements, and contribute to operational reporting and process improvements.
