Senior Systems Engineering Manager

Lead an interdisciplinary systems engineering team to design, develop, and integrate a Command & Control (C2) software application for strategic space communication programs. Own technical oversight and approval of approaches, products, and processes, while driving integrated organizational plans, resource acquisition, supplier technical management, and process improvements. Partner across customers, suppliers, program management, integration and test engineers, and senior technologists with a focus on people leadership, inclusion, and a psychologically safe environment.
