Job Summary

Support the App Experience team in executing app communication campaigns and evaluating performance. Conduct app performance analysis, reporting, and data analysis to spot opportunities, and help optimize the customer journey through performance analysis and A/B testing. Collaborate on app release support and testing with Product Management, and assist with daily activities including Apple Search Ads optimization, App Store Optimization, and competitor research.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute app communication campaigns and evaluate their performance.
•Prepare app performance analysis, reporting, and data analysis to identify new opportunities or focus points.
•Optimize the customer journey through performance analysis and A/B testing for app communication.
•Support daily App Experience activities including communication campaigns, Apple Search Ads optimization, App Store Optimization, and competitor research.
•Assist with app release support and testing in close collaboration with the Product Management team.

Key Requirements

•Be a student or recent graduate in business studies, marketing, or e-commerce.
•Have first practical experience ideally in e-commerce, app/mobile marketing, or digital marketing.
•Show strong online affinity and an eye for trends in the e-commerce space.
•Demonstrate very good analytical skills, including knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
•Have excellent English skills (written and spoken).
