Associate - People & Organisation

Assist in shaping recruitment, talent management and staff development strategies within the Retail People & Organisation function. Support standardization and implementation of Human Capital policies across the country, develop HC project reports, provide training and feedback to direct reports, and help organize employee engagement events and quarterly communications while coordinating with the Corporate Head Office on HC projects and performance systems.
