Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Educate consumers on products, in-store promotions, and events, and support the store team in achieving goals.
  • •Assist in multiple store departments, including consumer service, product knowledge/placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
  • •Support daily retail operations: POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, promotion of loyalty programs, and maintaining cleanliness and recovery standards.
  • •Lead by example and partner with Store Management on sales-driven techniques and follow asset protection policies (shortage prevention, inventory control, compliance).

Key Requirements

  • •Be 18 years or older.
  • •Have at least SPM / O Level or above.
  • •Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
  • •Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
  • •Able to work rotational shifts (nights, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) and operate retail POS with basic Microsoft Word/Excel/email proficiency.
