Senior Vision Language Model Engineer

Design and build agentic data and training workflows for multimodal vision language models, enabling dataset search and model training capabilities across autonomous vehicles, robotics, and medical applications. Partner with researchers to prototype and evaluate VLM/VLA approaches for video search and understanding, curate high-quality multimodal datasets, and productize new real and synthetic data sources. Collaborate across research, model development, performance, and product teams, including work on NVIDIA Cosmos Dataset Search.
