Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute strategies for customer communication scope and other initiatives to improve customer’s experience.
  • •Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conception through launch and beyond, ensuring successful implementation and continuous improvement.
  • •Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and performance data to inform product strategy and feature development.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, Ops, engineering, and design to deliver high-impact products.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
