Key Responsibilities

•Align people strategy with business priorities by partnering with senior leaders and translating it into practical plans.
•Lead workforce planning, organisational design, and effectiveness initiatives to support growth and transformation.
•Deliver the people agenda across transformation, restructuring and integration, including TUPE where relevant, with change and communication planning.
•Lead talent and succession planning, support leadership development through coaching, and partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategies.
•Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters (e.g., disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence, conduct) and ensure compliance with UK employment legislation while coaching managers.
