•Report team progress, velocity, and relevant metrics; coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices.

•Maintain and prioritize a product backlog and collaborate with the Product Owner and partners to plan/manage releases.
•Have relevant Scrum/agile credentials (e.g., CSPO, CSP-SM) and experience with SAFe or scaling frameworks, plus knowledge of ITIL processes.
