Banking Center Manager (Full Time) - Palestine

Direct and administer daily operational efforts of a banking center, ensuring policies, legal and regulatory requirements, security procedures, and accurate reporting are followed. Supervise lobby and teller staff through scheduling, training, performance feedback, payroll approvals, and coaching. Maintain cash controls, balance transactions, oversee deposits, and handle customer service matters while cross-selling bank services and supporting deposit growth.
